We are proud to boast the finest locally made chocolates, following in a tradition set by Sir Hans Sloane from Northern Ireland. While exploring the Caribbean, Sir Hans discovered that milk and cocoa beans made perfect partners. Now, in St George’s Market 350 years on from the birth of Sir Hans Sloane and in the run up to Easter, you too can celebrate chocolate in its many delightful forms....
