Eddie Fung has created an ultra modern Japanese restaurant in the heart of Belfast, offering fare such as traditional Sushi and Sashimi (Seafood dishes) to Teppanyaki and 'Fusion Cuisine'
The restaurant design is simply spectacular, with influences from Hong Kong, London, Manhattan, and Shanghai, Zen is a hard act to follow. Taking centre place is the catwalk style walkway, flanked by twinkling stalactite style rope chains, leading to the intimacy of the revolving leather-clad booths. For large celebrations, removal of shoes is necessary before entering the tranquillity of the private 'Tatami' room.
